- Technical data: basic information your browser shares automatically, such as device and browser type, and general usage of our pages.
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health data) to make an enquiry. Please do not send us such information through these channels.

- Our AI chat assistant ("Glow") on the website.
- Lead forms on advertising platforms (for example Meta or Google), if you respond to one of our ads.
- Messaging bots (for example on Telegram) if you message us there.

5. Our AI assistant (Glow)
Our website assistant, "Glow", is an automated tool. When you chat with it, your messages are processed by trusted third-party AI providers (such as Google and OpenAI) to generate replies. We use it to help you find the right track and to pass your details to a human on our team when you want to be contacted. Glow discloses that it is automated, and it does not make guarantees about jobs, salaries, or outcomes. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, for example website hosting, email delivery, our customer-relationship database, and the AI providers that power our assistant. They process data on our behalf under appropriate terms.
- Advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) when you interact with our ads or lead forms, subject to their own privacy policies.
- Authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (for example remembering that our chat assistant has already greeted you) and to understand general usage so we can improve the site.
